Abstract
Human resource management is a strategic and comprehensive approach to managing the culture and environment of people and the workplace. The employees can contribute effectively and productively to the overall direction of the company and the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Human resource managers are partly responsible for ensuring that the organization is shared and has an overall mission, vision, and values that provide comprehensive reasons for employees to choose the organization. This research is conducted to help researchers determine the impact of organizational culture on employee work engagement. A descriptive method was used in this study. The research equipment consists of two parts. Part 1 of the survey is about the demographic profile of the respondents. Part 2 discusses assessing the impact of the organizational climate on the work engagement of local government employees in San Antonio, Quezon, using the sub variables Mission and Objectives, Communication, and Growth Opportunities. Statistical tools used to present, analyze, and interpret data are percent, weighted averages, Likert scales, rankings, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and t-tests using computational and tabular t-values. The subjects of this survey consist of employees of Plantilla Item and employees of work orders in the municipality of San Antonio. As to the Organizational Climate at Local Government Unit of San Antonio Quezon in terms of mission and purpose, there is a significant difference in the assessment of plantilla item and job order employee respondents. As to the Organizational Climate at Local Government Unit of San Antonio Quezon in terms of communication, there is no significant difference in the assessment of plantilla item and job order employee respondents. As to the Organizational Climate at Local Government Unit of San Antonio Quezon in terms of opportunities for growth, there is no significant difference in the assessment of plantilla item and job order employee respondents.
